Concept and consultation

System design

Manufacture and assembly

With approved designs in hand, Aquatreat moves into the precision manufacturing and assembly phase. Our skilled technicians build each system component to specification, using high-quality materials and industry best practices. Whether it’s a compact skid-mounted system or a complex full onsite installation, we ensure every build meets rigorous quality standards before delivery.

Site installation

Aquatreat ensures a seamless transition from factory to field with expert site installation services. Our team manages the full setup process, positioning equipment, connecting utilities, and integrating systems, while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. We work efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure your system is installed correctly the first time.

Commissioning

Commissioning is the final step where design meets operation. Aquatreat’s specialists perform thorough system checks, calibrations, and performance testing to ensure everything runs as intended. We verify water quality, flow rates, and control logic, fine-tuning the system for optimal performance. Only once all benchmarks are met is the system officially handed over to the client.
